Jessie is a graduate student at New School University. In 2001 she graduated from Hobart & William Smith College. In 1997, she graduated from the Emma Willard School, where she was a member of the crew team,
a photographer for the school yearbook and newspaper, head of the school's animal
rights group Students Concerned for Animal Rights, a sports
writer for the school newspaper, and worked all year as a volunteer in the
radiology department at Albany Medical Center. Jessie spent the summer of 1996 in Alaska doing community service. In the summer of 1997, she was a camp counselor.
